REFUND POLICY

Shape Guru guarantees up to 10 kg weight loss in 6 weeks for participants who fully follow the program guidelines. Participants must comply with all the following conditions to qualify for the results guarantee and be eligible for a refund.

1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY:

This refund policy applies to participants who have purchased and completed the 6-Week Weight Loss Program. The 3-day free trial is provided at no cost and does not qualify for any refund. Refund eligibility applies only after full enrollment and payment for the 6-week program.

2. REFUND PROCESS:

To initiate a refund request, participants must submit a written request by either:

1. You can simply tell your personal trainer that you want a refund and provide them your email ID and the required information.
2. You can send us an email at support@shapeguru.in the subject line must include the word “Refund” along with the participant’s invoice number (as provided at the time of enrollment).

Once a refund request is received, Shape Guru will review the participant’s compliance with the program guidelines before determining eligibility.

3. Eligibility Guidelines:

To qualify for a refund under the results guarantee, participants must fully comply with all of the following requirements:

1. Attendance Requirement
   Participants must attend at least 90% of the scheduled live workout sessions.
2. Diet Compliance
   Participants must follow the personalised meal plan provided by Shape Guru without deviation.
3. Progress Tracking Updates
   Participants must submit all required updates, including meal photos, weight measurements, progress photos and any other information requested by their trainer. 
4. Active Engagement
   Participants must follow trainer instructions, actively participate in the program and communicate promptly regarding any challenges or deviations.
5. Timely Reporting of Issues
   If a participant is not experiencing expected progress, they must inform their trainer immediately so adjustments can be made. Failure to report lack of progress during the program may affect refund eligibility.

4. Refund Conditions:

If a participant does not achieve the mutually agreed weight loss goal despite full compliance with all eligibility requirements, they may request a refund.

Refund requests must:

• Be submitted in writing within 7 days of completing the 6 week program.
• Include proof of compliance with attendance, diet adherence and required progress tracking.

Refunds will not be granted in cases of:

• Partial participation.
• Failure to meet attendance requirements.
• Failure to follow diet or trainer instructions.
• Missed progress updates.
• Change of mind after joining the program.
• Personal scheduling conflicts or lack of availability.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval and will be issued to the original payment method

Shape Guru reserves the right to verify all compliance records before approving any refund request.

5. Future Enrollment Restriction:

If a participant receives a refund under this results guarantee, they will no longer be eligible to enroll in the Shape Guru 6-Week Weight Loss Program or any other Shape Guru services in the future.

Acceptance of a refund constitutes permanent termination of access to all current and future Shape Guru programs and services.

6. CHANGES:

Shape Guru has all the rights to make changes to the policy at any time. If we make any changes to the policy, we will inform our clients in advance about the changes.

• Personal information: Shape Guru provides customised solutions according to you and to create those solutions, we collect your personal information like name, age, weight etc because without knowing this we can’t give you our services.
