Shape Guru is here to make you successful in your fitness journey. We understand that situations can change at any time. But don’t worry, we understand you and that’s how we have created our refund policy: simple, easy and transparent.

1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY:

This refund policy is for those who have purchased our subscription plan. You can ask for a refund anytime during your subscription period.

2. REFUND PROCESS:

There are two ways to get the refund:

1. You can simply tell your personal trainer that you want a refund and provide them your email ID and the required information.
2. You can send us an email at support@shapeguru.in when you need a refund.

When we receive your refund request and the required information, we will refund you your most recent payment. It will take up to 3 business days to receive your refund from the day of the refund request.

3. NO QUESTIONS ASKED:

We understand that the situation can change at any time and we respect your decision, so we don’t ask any questions like why you need a refund or anything.

4. No Access:

After receiving the refund, you will have no access to your workout classes and the trainer.

5. USAGE:

You can request a refund only once during your subscription.

6. CHANGES:

Shape Guru has all the rights to make changes to the policy at any time. If we make any changes to the policy, we will inform our clients in advance about the changes.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time.

PRIVACY POLICY

Welcome to the Shape Guru privacy policy section. This section is a very crucial part and we want every user to read it. We want to make it transparent with you about how we use your data.

1. Data collection: 

• Personal information: Shape Guru provides customised solutions according to you and to create those solutions, we collect your personal information like name, age, weight etc because without knowing this we can’t give you our services.
• Usage information: we use few analytic tools like Google Analytics to understand how visitors are interacting with our website. These tools help us to gather data like users demography, device, time of visit, gender etc. The only purpose of gathering this data is to enhance visitors experience.

We utilise this information for creating the Shape Guru’s customised solutions/plans. We analyse the website visitors behaviour to improve our services effectively. We also use this data for the marketing of our services.

We never sell our customers data. If we use third-party service providers to deliver our services, in that case, we may share some information, but it will be bound by a legal agreement and will be very secure. If there will be any legal situation, only in that case, we will disclose the data to the legal system according to the law of the land.

Your data is secure with us. We have taken all the security measures to keep your data safe.

You can ask us anytime about your personal information, which we have. You can also ask us any questions regarding your information. We will help you understand how we manage your data.

We offer our services to 13+ only and we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone who is less than 13.
