Welcome to the Shape Guru Terms and Conditions section. This section is a very crucial part and we want every user to know about our terms and conditions before using our services.

1. ELIGIBILITY:

Your age must be 13+ to use our services. If you are using our services, then you are representing that you meet the age limit.

2. HEALTH DISCLAIMER:

In case if you already have a medical condition, illness or any health concerns, you should consult a doctor before using our services. We are not responsible if you face any side effects or negative results because of your existing medical condition or illness.

3. PRIVACY: 

Please read our privacy policy to better understand how we collect, use and protect your data.

4. CONTENT USAGE:

Content provided by Shape Guru, such as diet plans, workout plans, images, videos etc are for users personal use only. No one is allowed to share, reproduce or distribute our content for commercial purposes.

5. USER CONDUCT: 

Users are responsible for using our services sensibly under the law of the land. You should not take part in illegal actions that may harm our users or Shape Guru itself, such as hacking, spamming or any kind of illegal access to our system.

6. TERMINATION:

Shape Guru has all the rights to terminate your access to our services without any notice, if you violate any of these terms and conditions.

7. CHANGES IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

We make changes to our policies from time to time and we will let our clients know about the changes. After such updates, your continued use of our services indicates that you agree to the updated terms.

Terms and Conditions for Shred & Shine Program

These terms and conditions apply specifically to our Shred & Shine 6-Week Transformation Program and are an addendum to our general Terms and Conditions.

1. FREE TRIAL AND PAYMENT:

Participants are entitled to a 1-day free trial to experience the program. After the free trial, participants may enrol by paying the program fee of ₹3,989. This fee must be paid in full to continue with the program.

2. PROGRAM STRUCTURE:

The Shred & Shine Program includes:

1. Daily live workout sessions.
2. Personalized meal plans.
3. Weekly check-ins.
4. Progress tracking.

3. RESULTS GUARANTEE, GUIDELINES AND REFUND POLICY:

Shape Guru guarantees up to 10 kg weight loss in 6 weeks for participants who follow the program’s guidelines. Participants must adhere to the following guidelines to qualify for the results guarantee and be eligible for a refund:

Guidelines for Eligibility:

1. Attendance: Participants must attend at least 90% of the live workout sessions.
2. Diet Compliance: Participants must strictly follow the provided personalised meal plan.
3. Progress Tracking Updates: Participants must submit weekly updates, including progress photos, weight measurements and any other requested information during weekly check-ins.
4. Engagement: Participants must actively participate in discussions, adhere to program instructions and communicate promptly about any challenges or deviations.
5. Timely Reporting: Participants must notify Shape Guru immediately of any issues preventing them from following the program so alternative solutions can be provided.

Refund Conditions: If participants do not achieve the guaranteed results despite complying with all the above guidelines, they may request a refund. Refund requests must:

• Be submitted in writing within 7 days of program completion.
• Include proof of compliance with attendance, diet adherence and progress tracking.

Shape Guru reserves the right to verify adherence to the program before approving a refund request.

4. LIMITED SPOTS:

The Shred & Shine Program is limited to 100 participants. Spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. PERSONAL USE OF PROGRAM MATERIAL:

All program materials, including workout videos, meal plans, and resources, are for individual use only. Any distribution, reproduction, or commercial use of materials is prohibited.

6. TERMINATION OF ACCESS:

Shape Guru reserves the right to terminate access to the Shred & Shine Program if a participant is found violating these terms, our general Terms and Conditions, or engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour during sessions.
